autobarn should be able to get an ACL copperhead gasket in varying thicknesses. Mine cost $190 (but is copper, so theoretically re-usable and better with the sort of heat the turbo engine would be experiencing)

permaseal do em off the shelf, dont use the copper gasket unless you have either oringed head or block...

the plates are either .8 or 1.5mm

snortperformance.com give the guy from there a ring (jeff is his name i think) and ask him. you can pretty much get them in whatever size you like it all depends on how sluggish you want the car to be off boost.. you can put a massive decomp plate in there and it will run more boost easier but then it will be a lot slower while off boost.. which shouldnt be often if you drive it right :D

wouldnt you have to run a longer timing chain with a large decomp plate??

its only a couple of mm... wouldnt it just run less tension on the chain?

No, because the timing chain tensioner will loosen off accordingly to keep the correct tension. Although the cam timing will change.
