been having some problems with my windows lately, they wind down fine but when i have to wind them up they dislodge out of place and its a b**ch to get them up (unless i hold it in place and then wind them up but that would be considerably hard when driving :s) they do this all the time but its alot worse in rain, any fixes for this ???

Silicone spray on the channels. Do a search for more info this has been covered heaps.

ive got this problem aswell. After silicon spraying all the channels on all windows... my front pass window popps out of its track when it hits the bottom. Im thinkin its because the motor has been replaced b4 in the door and when the window retracts right at the bottom it kinks the inside of the door out a couple of mills enough to piss the window off the track(the out side track). always have to take trim off and pull window back on track.. (seems like has nothing to do with silicon the inner channels)

Sounds like you need to replace the track rubber. (bailey channel)

adjust them.
i put power windows in my ef, a week later they played up, so i just undid the 2 bolts that hold the glass to the motor, played around with it for a couple of minutes to get it right, did the bolts back up, and it hasn't missed a beat since.

Try using the silicone spray on the front of the channels only. The glass grabs on the front one and kicks over, making it jam up.
