Just for the record, I'm only trying to install the throttle body at the moment (not worried about the converter etc. the mechanic will probably have to do that to do the lines but I want to get the throttle body going so I can drive the car to the mechanic on petrol!!!).
O, and I'm a big believer in that pictures say a thousand words, so prepare for some download time!
And, I'm installign this into an EF with the 94DT Tickford 4.0L SOHC I6 engine.

Is the top brass fitting there for the vacuum line? And where/how is the vacuum line mounted in the air box?
And the blacks stud thing do I remove that and fit a brass fitting and that is the secondary chamber so I run a line from there to the brass fitting on the aluminium block that the Idle Speed Controller is mounted on?

Image <----- dunno why but I can't get this picture to display so you might have to click the link!

Anyone know why these holes are two different sizes?
And that brass fitting, the small one – that I forgot to put an arrow pointing too, is that for the line from the secondary chamber on the converter?
Also, where and how do I mount this aluminium block with the idle speed controller on?

What goes on the small brass fitting?
And which of the two holes (which are both in front of the butterfly) do I use to run to the aluminium block with the idle speed controller?

Is this the right way round for the Throttle Position Sensor?
And is that hole above it the other one to run to the aluminium block with the idle speed controller on – it is the only hole I have on that side of the butterfly?

Which hole do I use for the accelerator cable? I’ve circled the two that I think it will be. But I guess that this will be easy to work out once the throttle body is on the car…
