you must have a 3.23 diff. 3.45 hits 100 JUST before the limiter... about 101 it cuts out :p

forgot to say that! 3.23 single spinner and T5 box for that result.

thought id offer some useful advice ;) kick him in the balls so he feels your pain :D but it wouldnt have actually been doing 100, spin ur tyres n watch ur speedo climb, the wheels spin faster which spins the speedo drive but ur not actually going that fast, so if he was drifting n saying he was doing 100, he was most likly doing 60 - 70 and destroying ur tyres, so kick him any way :D

...EBs do have rev imiters... I can verify that. Just that they are like 600 rpm lower. You EF/ELs get 5800 rpm limit, whereas ebs get 5200.

Cheers

I dunno, I think I pushed my EA to 5500 every now and then without any limiting from the ECU?!??

But then again, I did something stupid like that the first few weeks I owned a nice EA giha and I 'drifted' around a corner only to loose control, up a gutter sideways and bend my chassis up in the middle... from that day I decided not to drive like a d***head again.

I wouldn't lend him the car again, cause he'll just want to consistently show off until he gets hurt or hurts someone else.
