sounds like a dead battery or a loose connection at the battery

check the connections and clean them
if problem still there throw in a new battery!

Battery puts out 13.7 volts is this low should it be up around 14, connections are fine.

mmm
battery should be 12 volts engine off

when engine runnign should be 14v +

from what u have described sounds liek the battery is flat or has been disconnected ie the "code" usally means u need to imput a code for the radio to work after the battery has been dc'ed

could be a dodgy starter motor?

nar as it has power to the starter motor

the clicking usally means a flat battery

burnt fusible link maybe? or worse, a f**k ecu.

But check your connections making sure its clean. swap the battery to another car {wifes, friends, mum or dads}.

Have heard a few issues with BA's and Territory's with the odd dodgy battery where a cell dies .... also have seen dodgy alternators and starters in these too. But on the odd occasion.

Also check all your earthing as well ... couls be a dodgy earth connection too.

I forgot check the voltage drop on the battery when it was under load, turns out it was stuffed . New battery no worries now.
