Correct. An important point to note is that when the AU TB is bolted up, you need to check the voltage coming from the TPS. It needs to be between .9 and .95 toi ensure consistent idle and shift qualities for the auto. Just modding the holes will alow it to bolt up fairly easily, but the voltage will be wrong. The holes need to be elongated. Do one side, get the correct voltage, bolt ot down, then do the other side
