Pull out ashtray
unscrew face plate covering the stereo
pull off face plate

i have run the cables along the bottom of the doors then into the boot. youll need to unsrew the plastic coverings which go over the carpet.

yup, pull out ash tray, one screw behind that, and the stereo cover surround should just lift up ...

You might well have some TORX screws holding the ford headunit in .

those torx screws are the worst, if you dont have the proper tools use wire cutters to pinch the end of the head of the screw and turn, fiddly but it works, go down to hardware shop afterward and get replacment for them to fit it back in

just go to supercheap or autobahn and get urself a torx set. u find out that practically everything has a torx head where u least want them to be. they cost about 15 bux when i bought mine, came in real handy when i took out everything in the car =D. worth the money
