Taking my car out on Barbagello this Thursday for a bit of track work.. what are people's recommendations of tyre pressures? At the moment I'm running Toyo TPGs at 45psi on the front and Firestones at 50psi on the back, sound good?

best bet would be to bring a guage and a small 12v compressor with u and have a play do a few laps and go from there how much$$ are we talking ps make sure u have alot of brake material on your pads have heard of ppl going through 1 set on the front in a single session!

yeah brake pads are good and brake fluid just got changed over!

I normally run between 40 and 45 psi on the track.

When I used to run at Phillip Island I was told to run between 45 and 50 psi by a couple of the regulars.

It was an evening run, 6 to 11-ish. I ended up running 45psi and 50 for the rears. The car felt better then I thought on the track. I was thinking the stock and relatively soft suspension would roll and understeer a fair bit on the track but it was actually pretty good. I managed to put in a 1:05 in which was quicker then some of the XR6T/XR8 boys down there so I'm happy with that.

yeah braking points were hard to figure out, I kept expecting the car to understeer so I was slowing down more then I needed to, I thought I was driving quite agressively but the instructor kept telling me to turn in later and brake later.. they're the experts though, it was my first time out on the track..
