I own a 4ltr EL futura, and want to put a 5ltr efi into it. What are the parts i need to complete the full conversion? As far as i know at this stage i need complete engine&trans with the V8 loom.. If anyone has done this project or has good knowledge on this , please let me know.

engine trans loom, no need for the x member their the same, while your at is you may as well get the tail shaft and diff, easy's way is to get a wreck and swap what you want.
You can get away with just motor trans and loom so long as you stay to the same model ie el-el ef-ef, I found that out the hard way.

you can get away with the i6 stuff but you might get a bit of a drop in the front, but I'm yet to have it and i am running superlows.

In regards to suspension only the front spring rates varied, everything else is the same.
