hey everyone...i have an EA fairmont Ghia 5 speed and when i plant the foot down and when the tacho reaches about 4500 rpm the battery light comes on....its come on in 1st, 2ns and sometimes 3rd if i have my foot on long enough

I dont know whats the issue

I was going to say alternator when I read the thread title, but that's seriously weird dude. Sorry, can't help.

Is the belt slipping on the alternator at high rpm?

sounds like alternator problem to me, but usually the light would come on at idle, and then go out at high rpm.
check to see it's charging using a multimeter.

had the same prob with my dads eb, was belt slip you couldn't hear it tho

Voltage regulator in the alternator. The alternator output is engine speed dependent, but is limited to about 14V by the regulator when engine speed increases.
