Ok guys where is the best place to start looking to purchace a supercharger and does anyone have a kit for the Ford i6, let me know anything you know about this subject and has anyone got 1 on the EF/EL/AU

Theres a few guys on here running superchargers ... talk to "ELXR8" and "4.9 EF Futura" just off the top of my head.

Have you considered turbo charging? Much more effective way to go with the I6 and generally cheaper, with better results...

thats it mate and ya gonna hear this a hell of alot....best thing is to state what ya budget is and where u wanna go with this car ...still daily driver ... gonna do me track/strip events/days.... cause ya budget may then need to include minor/extensive motor and other work too ...

Yeah for the I6 id seriously consider a turbo. Fair bit of time, effort and money for one. If you want relatively cheap and easy bolt on - go for a CAPA supercharger kit.

Yea i did think of Turbo 1st but guy from work thinks i should go SuperCharge thats all so was just seeing what would be better off doing Thanx All Jon

I thought of turbo charging my i6 but am very unsure what way to go.
What do you guys think would be the best way to go about it. I have to replace my front bar as well so i may do it then.

Exactly, NOS is fine for drag cars but if you want a good street package with power on tap any time then blown or turbo is the way to go. |
