I have converted my ef from auto to manual and i am trying to hook up the speedo. I am running a haltec e6k so not after fooling the ecu. I went to the wreckers and got a manual gearbox harness( black 2 rows of four plug that is on the firewall) but after trying to get the reverse lights working have found that the wires are all different. Just after the colour of the wires that should be for the speedo.

from the speed sensor red + goes to cluster, white signal goes to cluster, black/darkgreen goes yo ground.
