its like 40kv isn't it hence has possibly 2 pull 40cm arc
ive seen leads glow ble and pull a massive arc.

whena m8's dad was helping me put on 350 holley when we put the leads back on he got them in teh right order, it just started at the wrong spot on the dissy and hence were all one out.

borrow a workshop manual from someone. next time, change them one at a time. its a logical idea if you don't know the firing order.

Can someone match the right order according to the picture below.
example: 1 is 5, 2 is 4, 3 is 2, 4 is 1 & so on

Did you cut a slit on the lead boots? if u didn't air trapp inside will just pop the boot up again. causing it to missing or what ever, the arc has to jump.

Exactly what i did 1 at a time.

If the car has the original cap, and the dizzy has never been installed incorrectly, there should be very small numbers next to each post on the cap referring to which lead / plug that post should connect to.

Usually number 1 lead is the one closest to the corner of the timing cover and hte block, and clockwise from there 5,3,6,2,4.
If your not 100%, take the cap off and the dizzy will have a mark labelled "finish" that is where the #1 post is.
