yeah, i just put DBA slotted's all round with bendix heavy duty pads in. still taking it easy on the heavy braking side of it, but i'm happy after 1 week of light driving!

I've now got slotted front and DBA Gold cross drilled/slotted rears (reason for going with the cross drilled rears was that unlike the front discs these ones are not vented for any cooling purposes from factory - front discs are kind of like two discs and so they can vent from between them). Also now fitted the braided brake lines back and front. Running some Premium brake pads on the front and still just Ferodo Excels on the rear. Can't tell you how good or bad it stops as the car ain't actually going...

braided lines, unlike your stock ones will not bubble from memory. a stock line will expand a small bit under pressure so effectively some of your effort of pushing the pedal is lost in the likne expanding and doesn't go into the caliper to push the piston sooooooo a braided line is more solid so when you put your foot on the brake more of the pressure is transfered to the piston than to expanding the lines.
effectively as said before it makes you pull up quicker. Rhyso
