3.23 is the standard ford v8 diff ratio for ef/el/au and stuff.
3.45 would make you quicker off the mark, but will lift your revs a little around 100kp/h. I think 3.45 is the way to go 8-)

3.45 LSD is what you want.

Also i wouldnt be complaining the diffs done 450 000km no wonders things on the car are starting to fall apart.

it will cop lsd around corners but not on straight runs doin standstills they dont come with lsd in em youll fuk ur tranny afta a while mate not worth it n ull find stockies r much betta to rip up sum smoke in rather than ur F1's

you will hear it if its really had it. just keep driving till you can and if you wanted to drive like a maniac then why the fairlane. i realise you got it off your ol man's business but they not really a car for thrashing.
the diffs, if treated normally, should last a fair bit longer than 450k.

its hard to know because you can have a worn LSD that'll only do one wheel most of the time (unless ur on dirt) or you can have a single spinner thats been drilled and is locking up so it'll do two wheels a lot of the time.
