I Squished valves when the motor was built. (torquing down rocker gear and the cam moved) now it blows smoke on decell. Stem seals?, guides? best way to find out without pulling the head off?

well you can take teh rocker cover off and have a look u will be able to check a few things that way like stem seals etc, but if they are gone you would be burning oil all the time.
