Hey guys

Recently I bought a tacho that was in a mates wrecked civic.

It has 4 wires, black, yellow, green and red.

does anyone know where each wire goes? and also, where the componants can be found on my eb? thanks guys.

the tacho has a shift light aswell.

p.s if your going to call me rice, or whatever, save it, the tacho was $40, and I couldnt be bothered buying a new cluster.

also, I just realised I should have posted this in the 'interior modifications'section.

Ive gathered so far, that the RPM wire has to go into the plug inside my fuse box, though, I dont know wich wire that is.

umm why the plug inside th fuse box??

black is earth
red +ve
green more than likely the pickup - on the coil
yellow would then be connected to the dash lighting

there is a tachometer data line that goes to the diagnostics plug. the idagnostics plug happens to be in the fuse box!! can't remember what pin though

dont quote me but .. the pink one..

but as i said dont quote me i haven't touched it
