I will be running 2 x TS-W306C 12" subs or similar and the same splits up front.

I am looking for the best setup that will obtain the best sound quality when pumping.

Well if your hard set on those 2 pioneer options then id be going the tsc160r .. I have a 2 way setup with active cross overs running on my shelf and love it.....much preferred it to the co-axial setups.
