Most speed shops sell premade bolt in taitshaft loops.

Just do some pricing around, plenty of speed shops sell them.
At least with a steel one it is approved by different authorities and you don't have to hear a chain rattling around. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... 2483832067 $65 ($11 postage) doesn't seem to expensive but I have seen them cheaper.
