same on most cars.
screws around the outside of the trim , the door handle, then wind window down, take window winder off, shimmy trim loose at top then, pull trim upwards. make sure to not to just run away with the trim after its loose check that all switches are uncliped, then remove. the trim does require some effort, but if really stuck check for more screws, should take no more that 3-4 mins. hope that helps rushed. |

You will need to remove 2-3 10mm bolts after you have taken the screws out from around the edge and poppedd the clips.
There's a 10mm bolt behind the door handle ... and a 10mm just under the mirror ... and there's a screw just under the power window switches as well. Hope this helps. Once you know/figure it out ... it take about 1-2 minutes to take a door trim off

Pull out the snipper button.
You'll find it easier to carefully lever out the power mirror switch and disconnect the wiring loom as well, before pulling the trim.

you have to slide it upwards as it clips onto the window frame.
anyone know how to re-fit the lock button properly? mine stick up now and I can't seem to get them on fully..... been like it for years since I replaced the speakers. |

just take the door lock out and slide ya hands under the bottom first and work ya way up, its clipped pretty tight to the window frame you gotta wiggle it up with a bit of force.
as for the doorlocks, you gotta reset em when ya put them back in, if you pull it off you will see a white pastic thing inside, that grabs the rod. pull it out with needle nose players (comes most of the way out) lock the doors and place it back on, might have to give it a fair knock for the click to enguage.

It looks like from your pic that you have removed the triangular plastic piece at the top of the front trim - that's the only restriction I can think of.
What I generally do is wind down the window, pull the lower trim outwards from the door by about a hand width, grab the top of the trim at the front and rear, and give it a good wrench, as it can be pretty tight. You can also get your hands inside at the top, might be easier. With the snipper buttons, as mentioned pull the white/clear insert out, but also spread the threaded 'arms' apart a bit further, you'll find they'll seat easier.

Tomek: I am pretty sure there is a bolt under that round cap under the triangle sail panel (near the mirror control). The one that you haven't circled .... but I can't be 100% sure though.
Thanks everyone else in regards to the door lock button .... I am having the same issue where it sticks up ... will give it a go now that you mentioned the reset "feature".
