i modified my alternator to au-spec, and im chasing up a bigger pulley so it dosen't spin as fast.
it charges brilliantly at idle with a full load so i don't mind underdriving it a bit to pick up any hidden power.

there was a poll on the harrod section of the fordforums site about this awhile ago, wanting to know if there was any interest, but only a few people signed up for it (myself included), i think there was a link post on here about it aswell.

I PM'd bpt motorsport who are making underdrives for the ba i6 asking if they were making these for the ef/el i6 and he said "We maybe looking into these pretty soon" so there you go

just doing my home work at the moment the engine rebuild is for a mate im just doing the ground work for him he wants to stay n/a as the 4.0l is a very strong engine and he wants to see how far we can go without forced induction
I myself have a ba xr8 pulling 240kw at the rears at the moment with a few more bolt on mods coming as the wallet permits
4spd auto rev limiter at 6200 safe pulling 90km/h 1st 145km/h 2nd and 205km/h 3rd speed limited at 230km/h as per the factory speed limiter
goes very nicely
