Hi Guy's me again

On the weekend my mate and i did a Port and polish on the BA... i've notice considerable difference in acceleration.

Should i expect a big difference in Kw's or is it only 5kw difference?

Cheers

Josh

Ported and Polished.

Throttle Body,
Air Intake Manifold... well he had ported and polished a few other things but by that stage i had passed out... might have also been the fact that it was 4 in the morning when we were doing all this :|

wouldnt "polishing" or smoothing out the intake be a bad thing, doest the air need turbulance for the motor to work effectivly?

I believe the ba head needs as much porting that it can get. From my maths in the past it flows way too fast for peak power, but perfect for peak torque.
