Ive just put a holley on my 351 and was wondering how to remove the 2 pipes off the exaust manifold that went to the thermoquad

Are they pressed in or do i need to slowly twist them with some pliers?

From memory they are press in but should be easily removed. It's been 6 years or more since I've had a stock manifold.
