very nice Kit. very nice.......but to play it save id get a motorized screen. does that go in and hide or is it double DIN

Double Din. I'm of the opinion that if someone wants to get in to take something regardless. They will. Same as if you have a removable HU IMO. You may remove it, but it doesn't stop the prick thinking about what else you may have under the seats or in the boot, if you have something worth protecting enough the remove the face plate, chances are high that your going to have something nice in the boot, doors or under the seats to go with the nice HU.
Actually in my car, the double din kicks a**. It looks factory, and with the dark tinted windows I've found it really isn't very obvious it's in there. And I haven't had anyone attracted to the car in the 6 months I've had it. Although I'm very careful EVERYWHERE I park, was even before I had it anyway.
But it's worth it man, it's a great system and I love it!

I was impressed with the look of the Pioneer Premier Mechan1k. Looks great IMO. Not cheap and nasty like some of the Sony's are.

I bought it off EDMONTY a little while ago ... has been a great unit and has good features. Plus I am a Pioneer fan when it comes to headunit ... easy to use as well.

It's the DEH-P8MP US unit (same as DEH P1Y out here).
