Then why put EL GT rims on your car?

It's not a fairmont.

But you are trying to make one aspect of your car look like an EL GT, why cant I do that with my grille?

I'm not saying you can't. I'm just saying, were I one of the few to own (buy new) a real GT, I'd be somewhat annoyed at the copycats, taking away the 'uniqueness' of my purchase.

Now as for why I went GT rims. They're the biggest I can get on my insurance, only because I convinced them they were a factory option. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to go so wide.

Dam right ... i agree ... people do what they like to cars

i happen to like the EL GT Grill and front bar .... not the wheels or anythihg else on the GT ... if i want a gt grill on my car it is nothing to do with anyone else

and i dont have the money to buy a EL GT ... if i did have that sort of money i wouldnt buy one ether
