Use an uppercase 'P', so it looks like :P, not :p.
It irritates me.

Everyone has pretty much covered it, I think...

Being a series 2 VT (i.e. gen3) and if it was a stock auto, then I would believe that you at least kept up (they are O.K. off the line, but seriously s**t in gear, not that that's got anything to do with standing starts, but I wanted to mention it :D ). I know some peoples s**t detector may go off at this, but I've kept up with a VZ Monaro auto with me, the missus and her friend in the car. Up to 110 anyway. After that he started to pull away. Only got to 130 though....

If it was a stock 5.0 litre commie, then you would have beat it.

By the way, Motor mag have pulled a 13.9 from a stock manual VY and suggested that it may not have been "stock"... Especially considering that the same model Clubsport hasn't pulled those numbers (by Motor) despite being shorter geared and having more power and torque...

FYI: Just this morning I kept up with a BA XR6 Turbo to 90 kays. After that it pulled away convincingly :D

It's all in good fun though.
