As the system has a max pressure of 15lbs he couldnt tell me if it would be compatible or be able to run with capa's 9lbs powerdyne supercharger system.

I got the Tartarini system installed on the BA.

Imperceptible swap between petrol and gas, and fuel use is the same. 8 kms per litre on gas, and the thing is stock as a rock atm.
