need some advice from any trans guru's

over last few weeks when cold first start in morning select reverse and it would take a few seconds to engage

then this morning same deal and then after reversing out of drive i selected drive and nothing - like it was in neutral - then after few seconds it drove OK but seemed to be slipping a bit

after a few K's everything seems ok

WTF's going on - sticking valves - do those oil add conditioners work
low oil maybe - can u check when cold

umm could be low on oil or maby the bands in the tranny needs a look go to a auto tranny shop they will help even just call around

hopefully found prob - low about 3/4 litre and i park on a slight incline

will know for sure tomorrow morning

could find no obvious leaks and no oil on driveway but i had minor service and filter change bout 3 months ago i think the bastards never filled correctly
