If the controls are on the seats themselves, then you should only need a positive(or acc) and an earth which could be taken from a patch of bare metal.

yea the controls are on the seats and there is alot of wires and looms that end up connecting to 2 main wires which are black and yellow/grey . im guessin that the black is obviously the ground and the yellow/grey wire connects to the power wire of me car?

yes thats right.
you will also find that if the seats dont match you interior, you could just put your current seats onto the DA,DC runners

Thanks for ya help :) , i removed me old seats , put in the LTD seats and they bolted straight in :D , i got sum old speaker wires and i run the wires from the battery through the firewall and connected up to the electric seat wires. It works! the seats are heaps more comfy and are pretty much the same color as the carpet and door trims. They just need a good wash lol
