hey everyone. i have an Audiobahn 4 channel amp (model number A4004T) and it has 2 RCA outs on it.....does that mean i can just plug an RCA cable from those outputs and plug it into another amp but of different model? would this stuff up in anyway or sound different?

cheers

phong =P~

EDIT: one more thing.....i think i have 4 gauge wires coming from the battery to my current amp. If i use that same power cable do i need to wire an extra cable or can i run both amps from the single 4 guage power cable? would i need a more powerful fuse? cheers

Nope the RCA outs are designed to allow more amps to be added. The only possibl eissue is if they're true 'pass-throughs' or are they affected by settings made on the amp (like crossover freq.)

You can add a distribution block to power your new amp (and other stuff), the amp on your 4GA power cable should be at most 120A, if you've got less than that you can upgrade it. Or just add together what you curretn and new amps have in them already. Say one amp has a 30A fuse and the new one 40A, you'd need at least a 79A fuse on your power cable - make it bigger for some headroom.
