I was cleaning the interior of my car this arvo and when I got to the dash cluster's plastic face I tried Windex but noticed that it kept leaving spots on the plastic after it dried. I would like to know what would get these spots off and leave it shiny and clean and what chemicals to avoid altogether?

Nice but I don't want to remove my cluster just to clean the face of it!

I used a very high quaility plastic polish (cut and polish), but similar stuff should be available from Repco etc.

My EF dash had a lot of stains and spots. I took about 3 hours to polish it up, long time I know, but it looks like new!!!!!
