Definately change them then. Reset your ECU after you do. Don't forget there may be a other things contributing to your economy issues so if not an obvious improvement don't be concerned, just keep working through each bit and I'm sure you'll see improvement in time. I used to get close to that kind of economy around town (when 5.0L) but much better highway numbers. I suspect they will be a numbers of factors at work here.
