hi guys ive been told that i can fit ba xr rims onto my ef if i use hub adaptors i was woundering whats the widest tyre i would be able to use i want to put the 18 on but ive seen that they come with a 245 tyre and i dont no if they will scrup

I've got 18s on my AU, and im running 4 x 235/40R18.

AU and BA run the same offset teh e series are different offsets

Thanks Frank, Yeah I knew about the offset difference. I was just trying to point out, that you don't need to run 245s for 18s.

I got 235 BA rims on my EL using adapters and it doesn't scrub, so it shuld be good with 245 the adapters don't take up space they actually create more space. :lol:

if your runnin superlows 235s up front otherwise ull take yoru guards out

even if your running superlows and intend on going 235s i suggest rolling your guards anyhow.

245/255/265 on rear is fine

i have AUII tickfords and have 235*45's on the front, and 255*40's on the back, and it doesnt scrub, dont know how low it is, but the tyres arnt under the guards yet, almost though.

i have 18 x 8.5 on my ef, with adapters, but 235 40's not 245's. mine rub on front when turning AND going up a driveway or similar (only if i'm going a bit fast). if you keep the plastic protecters on, you wont do too much damage. will post photo's when i work out how the heck to reduce file size

Just open up the pic in paint and go to tools and stretch/skew this reduces the pics size herefore size or you can go to "save as" and save it as a jpeg file. :D
