Hey,
i have an EBII station wagon with a LSD which i have been told has a ratio of 2.7:1 i was just wondering if this could be a reason that my car isnt very quick and if i was considering to change it, should i keep the lsd and put 3.45:1 gears in or higher, hopefully someone else has gone through this before and can help me out a bit. oh btw i just fited a Redback 2 1/2" cat back exhaust and wondering if Redback is a good brand as i am soon putting extractors on as well... thanks |

ull notice a great difference going up to 3.45s from 2.7's.....i didnt realise they came with that higher gear...........the diff gears wont give you any more power..theyll allow the engine to get into its peak rev range quicker.....will be quicker off the line, but lose top end speed....by the way, keep the LSD..
