cheers for the info VIC. Do i need to adjust with engine idling, or can i do with the engine stopped and ignition on?

You need to elongate the holes in your TPS to allow adjustment of the pot without changing your idle screw setting.
You want to be as near as possible to 1 volt without going over ie; 0.98volts because the EEC will think you are in "Part throttle mode" if you go above 1 volt. Set your idle speed with engine warm and the ISC unlugged. After you have the idle where you want it and the TPS correct, plug the ISC back in. Pete. |

G, Day, i took the ute to D&T performance centre, due to car running like s**t still after 400kms of driving and checks ra ra ra since 2031 cam install.
They put it on dyno, it was 131rwkw-crap- the computer could NOT adjust to correct parameters for max performance. So fitted cappa flash tuner and had it tuned by the developer of this tuner himself(privlaged) and the result was 196.4rwkws. much happier. Id post up the dyno chart if i knew how![/img]
