I can get a complete EB/ED diff with upper and lower control arms for $300, its done 148000 km's and its from a wrecker.
The wreckers says to fit it to an EA i just have to change the upper and lower control arms, is this right?
The diff is a 3.23 LSD

My other option is that I can get my 2.92 LSD re-built for $400, at the same time I can do a ratio change. What diff gears will fit my EA with having the backlash hard to set?

Lastly, are the falcon LSD's 1 way, 1.5 way or 2 way?

All knowledgable advice appreciated

you will also need a tailshaft from an eb/d to fit the diff to your ea.

the way they bolt to the diff is different.

If i get a different tailshaft, will an alloy one from an ef/el xr6 fit the eb/ed diff?

upper arm should be fine

lower you need a hybrid arm made up with a wide (Eb2/ed style) bottom bush, and narrow (ea-eb1) style upper bush.

You could space the bottom one out (use an EA style arm) using some cut up pipe or something but that would be dodgey like my car...
