np's! i stated the call as its much more easier to 'not get confused' than with txt.

and once that arms off... its like 'why did they put in a foam plug?" (on the top of the arm)

its not really as painfull as you expect when you have everything there!

im sure you've run out of rags and vacuumed the heaterbox to be-rid of all the leaves!

did you notice the stripped thread on the old lever for the blend door? Like the thread came out with the screw for the lever? everyone i've removed on a manual box the pivot point has been shagged!

cheers!

Yeah been away for a few hours - doesn't matter, you got all the info needed.

The ones in both my cars were fine - I have used the same self tapper with a p clip to route a loom there, although I did snap the blend door flap shaft on the XH - that was fun to fix . . .

Guaranteed that's something we've all found friggen leaves. . :x You can also remove the recirc airbox and pull the fan impeller off - it's fiddy, but you can then remove all the crap out of the induction area.

For those types of things, I got a cheapy small ratchet setup from Supercrap auto - it comes with various bits that click in, also handy for the phillip heads that hold the dash cover near the windscreen.
