im picking up a fairmont ghia combo switch on friday, with the adjustable intermittant wiper dial, is this straight plug and play or do i have to run extra wiring? IM pretty sure it comes with the loom aswell...

I have the mid series XR6 BEM btw.

from memory there is an extra wire you need to run from the bem to the stalk for that to work. but other then that it is pretty simple.

Use http://www.fordmods.com/forums/documents.php?doc=26 or http://www.fordmods.com/forums/documents.php?doc=47 as your reference info. Go to the section - Upgrading from a Low Series BEM to a Mid Series BEM, covers the intermittent and washer mods.

The stalk will have an extra wire – Brown/White, this needs to be run down to pin A10 (Mid Series BEM) for the intermittent function.

EDIT: Greg, will both docos be updated in the near future with the stuff I sent ?????
