would it be better to mount a sub in a conventional box design that is slightly smayller or a larger box that is not conventionallt shaped ( rear to bend with upright spare in rear of wagon) this box would be larger. do you use sound deadening in the box? cheeres

Depends on the sub and sound you want. Most subs are made for a specific box size at which they sound best. As long as you keep to those specs and the magent isn't too close to the oter end of the box it should be right.
No sound deadening a in a box, just get some foam in there. |

yea, but leave an inch or so between the sub and the seat so the sub wont hit the seat

cheeres, well i might try my luck and have a 3rd question. when making a sub box to the reccomended dimensions/liters if i mount the magnet in the box so just the cone is visable would i have 2 make a bigger box ( at the magnet takes up space?) for best results? thanks 4 ya help
