hey all

just wondering if anyone can tell me if the woodgrain on my DU LTD s/wheel is the same as the EL GT one? i'm aware of the leather/insert differences, however its the actual grain & colour of the wood i want to confirm!

From what i've seen, the ELgt wheel is the same as the LTd woodgrain. Just the leather colour is different. The GT is black and the LTd is Grey or tan colour. I've got a GT wheel in mine. THeres a pic in the gallery.

Just spotted the pic of yours in your gallery, the GT has moulded hand grips. There is a small momo mark on the gt wheel aswell

The ELGT wheel has a straight grain type finish while the LTD has a walnut finish

yah the leather is diff, but i'm redoing my inserts anyways so thats not an issue.

fordz - the steering wheels are different - i've got the LTD w/grain inserts on the doors/dash/shifter surround, and yep they're a walnut, but the LTD wheel is a straight-grain!

hopefully they are the same, will save some $$$ lol

DF LTD & EL GT woodgrain are the same, so won't be an issue there! :P

its only the steering wheel which isn't EL GT (that i know of!)
