Hey all i have a slight oil leak im 90% sure its from the rear main i have heard its a pretty big job to get it fixed i was wondering if anyone else has has theres fixed and how much it costs cheers

Rear main seal itself costs about $30.. but you gotta remove the gearbox to get to it.. so it's the labour that costs ya.

$30 isnt bad for the seal but they probly charge like $120 to do it, could do it myself but probly f**k it up

My front and rear seals have also gone - need to get them replaced when i get a chance. Got quoted $450. Pretty reasonable considering the box and radiator need to come out.

I got mine done for around $300 including tranny service. Don't forget to do the welsh plugs in the back of the block whilst your at it.
