i was considering buying my mates xr turbo, its an 02 model with 85000k's and he said he would sell it too me for $19,000, it sounded pretty dencent to me, just wondering wat u guys reckon?

Go for it that is quite cheap - im looking for a ba xr 6 ute - and they are still around 25 - and the turbo is from 25 to 30k!!

That's extremely cheap, it's not a good deal, it's a f**k steal, if you have the money just buy it to resell for 25-30 the following week...

yeah ill really look into it, had a look at carsales the red book value and average private price is in between $20,400 - $23,800, are there any common problems with these cars? overheating etc

i payed $27864 from a car yard though, reduced from 30990, has 65000k's, bought it last weekend. HAs premium sound but not leather
