Silly question but would ported gt40p head and intake flow enuff for a 325/331 Stroker?

Of course. Results will depend on how well the heads have been ported....not to metion cam and compression.

The T3 strokers came with (very) roughly ported GT40P's. Plenty of guys making 230-odd with that setup.

As for intake, do you mean the Explorer intake? I think it is probably marginal on a stroker. But it too will work better with a ported lower.
