Does anyone know if a s/charger off an American 4.6L will bolt on to a 5.4L BA Falcon?

nope....would need to be re-engineered somewhat.

some kits would need more modifying than others.

there are a few local supercharger kits though, including positive displacement, and centrifugal type.
