since I've owned my car the wire that is soldered to the back window for the demister has been broken off the window, the tab is broken, is there any way to get it back on the window?? Ill take photos tomorrow arvo if its hard to understand what im talking bout

You can get rear demist repair kits from places like Autopro, etc. IIRC I have seen them. I suppose you can only pop into a few places and ask.

same thing happened to my ef when I purchased it - i noticed it was snapped off.

I would suggest going to an auto-elec and get them to fix it, if you attempt to solder it back on, get it too hot things will come unstuck and might stuff it completely.

Won't cost you much to have done properly!!

had the same problem in mine knocked it off while cleaning the window. its not too hard if you have done some soldering before just remember lay down plenty of towels or something and carefull where you rest the soldering iron.
