Can any body tell me the easiest way to remove the door trims without breaking the surrounds of the lock buttons on the top of the trim panel. I have the pleasure of trying to replace the window winders (manual)

Grab pliers.
Wrap ends in cloth. Pull lock off. The rectangular bit stays on the door trim. Lift up onmce all screws are undone. |

And when putting the door lock part back...
Pull out the clear plastic clip (inside) as far as it goes without removing it from the grey bit.. Refit the trim(s) screw it up Sit in the car, Shut the door, Turn on ignition, Wind the window down, Tap the door lock button (till ur locked in) and place the door lock tab in its position and swiftly hit it down. This way its sitting in the right position (FLAT not up like most) when locked and will rise when open!
