I took the dust caps off the inside of my rims about a year ago. I have to say I believe the brakes have improved in longevity since. I get no warped rotors at all, and hardly any brake fade on the EF.

Mine hasn't had any problems at all.

there has been cases of trans coolers leaking into radiators / coolant going into the transmission.

Basically, the engine is as tough as nail's, no major engine problems should be the most important thing cause thats where the money goes. *reminisces on mates blown up ecotech*
