Ok Ok i know im on a ford site but im not registering for a holden site ever !!


My question is - What size are the speakers in the doors and the parcel shelf of a vt commodore ?

As i am going to install a stereo for a family member

Unless it was a Calais, it wont have any in the parcel shelf.
They are in the back doors, and they are all 6 inch.
The parcel shelf ones would probably be 7x5's, maybe 6x9's.

my mates parents's VT has no speakers in the back at all and the parcel shelf has no speaker holes.

go to jb and ask one of the guys there, they normally know all the speaker sizes and models

all VT's upwards have provision for 6x9s in the parcel shelf, the hole for them is already cut out but has it tack welded in, break the tags and the hole becomes useful, but yes unless it is a calais there will not be speakers fitted to the parcel shelf, there in the rear doors and yes they r 6inch
