Can anyone tell me if ef/el auto gearbox will fit Au.
My Au auto has decided to quit and I can buy a recon out of a el for a good price. thanks Shaney |

im selling mine cheap if u wanna buy it
i have an ef and have been running an au gearbox for 2 years no problems so i dont think u'll have any problems going the other way and fitting an ef one to an au but it will b an older box and the s5 soleniod will need replacing

gear box is same BUT Bell Housing is different at base and bolts do not line up. Have you tried a specialist Wrecker for an AU e.g Fern Tree in Victoria or Macarthur Parts in Sydney.

yep, although an el box will have more km's on it than an au
