Start with ripping out your old one. Trace it out on a sheet of MDF about 12mm thick. Cut it out with a jigsaw. you can flush mount your speakers or raise them with pods. MAke some pods up again with MDF and mount them to the parcel shelf with self tappers. Bob's your uncle. Then you can cover it using spray adhesive and any colour material you want. I di mine in my old commodore like this and it turned out great.
